Beautiful maples are a feature again
Mr and Mrs Mitchell met Mary at the South of England Summer Show at Ardingly in June 2005.
The front garden was overgrown with shrubs and a conifer hedge, so much so, that the beautiful Maple trees were almost entirely hidden.
The Brief
- Improve the entire front garden, which included the drive and entrance
- Retain the two mature Japanese Maple trees
The Outcome
- Remove the existing conifer hedge and overgrown shrubbery, which exposed the Maples and created a lightness which had been lost.
- Post and rail fencing and a new beech hedge along the front boundary and a brick paviour drive.
The design of the garden completely transformed the front of Mr and Mrs Mitchell's home.
